Kyle Tabor · AI consulting

AI that works the way your brain does.

I'm a product leader with ADHD. I help neurodivergent founders, leaders and teams use AI to cut the mental overhead and get back to their best work.

The problem

Most AI adds to the pile.

Today's tools need prompting, checking and babysitting. For a brain that's already juggling too much, that overhead is the whole problem. Projects clog, ideas get lost, and the tool that was supposed to help becomes one more thing to manage.

I build AI setups that take load off instead. Talk it out, let the system sort it, and spend your energy on the work only you can do.

“Until AI can reduce cognitive load for people, it will not be effective.”
Kyle Tabor

How I can help

Three ways to work together.

AI that fits how you think

One-on-one work to build an AI setup around your brain: voice-first capture, handing off the draining tasks, and systems that run without daily upkeep.

For founders and leaders with ADHD

Product advising

For teams building AI products. I find the places your product quietly assumes a neurotypical user, and help you design for everyone else.

For product and design teams

Talks and workshops

Practical, hands-on AI sessions for teams and founder groups. No hype: what works today, and how to start on Monday.

For companies, communities and events

About

Hi, I'm Kyle.

I've spent more than a decade building products: Lead PM at Uber, product leader at Zillow, and co-founder of Invisible Boyfriend, which grew from a hackathon project to over 400,000 users. Before all that, I was a civil engineer.

I also have ADHD. For years, the tools meant to help me just gave me more to manage. What finally worked was talking: I think out loud, and AI captures it, sorts it and hands it back. Now I help other people find that same flow.

How I work

Simple rules, taken seriously.

  • You're the hero.

The best tools don't take over. They help you become who you're already trying to be.

  • Talking is thinking.

Voice first. Say it messy and let the system do the sorting.

  • Your data stays yours.

Your thoughts are personal. The setups I build keep them private and under your control.

Feeling stuck? Let's talk.

Tell me what's clogging up your work. We'll find where AI can actually help, and where it can't.
